2) The certificate must be presented while settling the bill..
3) The certificate must be redeemed at one time in full.A part of its value cannot be either carried forward or refunded in cash.
4) The certificate, at any time, cannot be exchanged for cash or currency.
5) The certificate may be gifted to any other person by the purchaser.
6) Taj Hotel Resorts and Palaces will not be liable to replace certificates that are lost or stolen, and no credit will be given for the same.
7) The Indian Hotels Company Limited reserves the rights to cancel or alter the terms and conditions applicable to the Taj Gift Certificate at any time, without giving prior notice.
8) Any disputes hereunder will be governed by Indian law and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
