Indiagiftexpress, its suppliers, or any third parties mentioned on this website are not liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from the use of this website and the products. Indiagiftexpress is an online shopping service provider and its liability shall be limited to that of a bailee(custodian) under contract act..

Delivery

  • Products will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the “List of Serviceable Cities”.

  • We do not deliver on public holidays.

  • We attempt delivery only once. In the case that delivery is not executed during this attempt (due to an incorrect address, or locked premises), the payment will not be refunded.

  • In case of an emergency situation (weather, or any other unavoidable circumstances), we reserve the right to reschedule delivery for another date and time.

  • IndiaGiftExpress does not assure exact time for delivery for express orders; the order may be delivered around a few minutes before or after selected delivery time.

Product Quality

  • The images displayed on the website are only indicative of the product; the actual product may appear different.

  • If a particular flower arrangement, or cake or other product is not available (due to seasonal, and/or other reasons), we will deliver a product that is comparable in terms of quality and price.

  • We will address any complaints regarding product quality, if the complaint has been submitted within 7 days of delivery. Any complaint after this period shall not be entertained.

Order Processing

  • Orders received after 4 Pm IST will be processed as next day orders, however we will try to deliver same day (for same-day delivery orders).

  • The prices mentioned on our website is for free delivery only within city limits. There may be an additional delivery charge for delivering out of the city limit. We will contact you with details in this case.

Other Terms

  • Right to refuse service: IndiaGiftExpress reserves the right to refuse delivery of an order without any particular reason whatsoever.

  • Delivery of certain items may not be possible due to unavoidable circumstances. In this case, we will refund your payment.

  • Any logo/trademark displayed with a product on the website belongs to the respective company and that company is the owner of the said logo/trademark.

  • All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of courts only in India.
